They are going to create the most powerful hybrid in the world. This would be a new variant of their Sports Activity Coupe, the BMW X6. The X6 has entered the markets as a mid size luxury SAC.
This new breed of vehicles has quite a lot to offer. The design has been made so that the X6 has high ground clearance like an SUV. This has been incorporated with large size wheels and tires. As it is a hybrid it also has been given few characteristics of a sports coupe too. Much of them can bee seen in the body work and styling which resembles a sports coupe’s body. The X6 comes with a dramatic sloping roof more like a fastback car. The BMW type front grill is also installed as a Trademark. Along with this are custom chrome wheels which make the X6 look more deadly.
The performance phase of the X6 is quite an interesting feature too. The X6 hybrid vehicle is equipped with a 4.4 Liter V8 engine. The engine in the X6 is supported externally by twin turbo charger giving the X6 a potential to present power up to 408 units. This is achieved at 6400 RPM. Interesting news for the fans is that this will be the first SUV or a hybrid from BMW featuring automatic transmission too. So one should always be ready, for the X6 would not show mercy in seducing you with its looks.
