Here comes the Ford Mustang 2011 with lot of exterior and interior revisions. Mustang 2011 is available with two variants of engines, one with a 305hp V6 and the other with 412 hp V8. They are coupled with the new six-speed manual or automatic transmissions. The new engine a 3.7 liter v6 is all aluminum construction. The peak power produced 305hp is just 10hp less than the previous year’s V8 engine. The torque is increased by 40 pound-feet to achieve a total of 280 lb-ft. The extra gears in 2011 Mustang help it to achieve a 31 mpg highway EPA economy estimate. Even before ten years there were cars which produced same performance figured as the Mustang, but they consumed fuel nearly twice that of the Ford Mustang-2011. The displacement of   new V8 has been upped to 5.0 liters which has four valves per cylinder. It produces a peak torque of 390 lb-ft. Mustang GT is able to reach 0-60 mph in just 4.8 seconds.

Now coming to the body and style, Mustang 2011 is available as coupe as well as convertible. Safety features include Antilock four-wheel disc brakes; front-seat side airbags, side spotter mirrors and stability control are common for all the Mustang models. One more standard safety feature is Ford’s MyKey. This system allows the owner to set up driving restrictions on young drivers. The seating capacity of both coupe and convertible is four.
