BMW M3

BMW M3 is BMW’s Motorsport studio high-performance version of the BMW 3 series. Upgrades over the standard 3-series include more powerful and responsive engines, better handling and suspension and an aero dynamical body kit. Cars are offered in 3 body styles coupe, sedan and convertible. The M3 models are E30, E36, E46 and E90 (92, 93) .In this article we will review the E36 model.

E36 made its debut in February 1992 and was in the dealers later in November. It was the first M3 with six-cylinder engine displacing 2990 cc and developing 282 hp (210 kW). It was first available as coupe only.  In 1994 the M3 E36 got new body styles a convertible and sedan versions were launched. In the same year was produced the limited edition M3 GT as a racing homologated special. All GT’s been British Racing Green and with upgraded output of 291 hp (217 kW).In September and November 1995 M3 coupe and sedan got another power upgrade with a 3.2 L inline-6 engine which produces 316 hp (236kW). The interior of the car was entirely leather with the accents of the tri-color M (Motorsport) emblem.
