The GTB Fiorano is a GT produced by Ferrari. It’s the two-seater flagman of Ferrari replacing the 575 M Maranello. The car style is designed by Pininfarina. The 599 GTB debuted in February 2006. Its name comes from the engine displacement of the car (5999 cc). The car is powered by a 6.0 L V12 with 612 hp (456 kW). The power makes the 599 GTB Fiorano the most powerful series production Ferrari road car. Most of the modifications to the engine were reducing its size to make it fit into the 599 GTB engine bay. Two transmission choices are presented 6-speed manual and another 6-speed manual call “F1 SuperFast. The car can manage a top speed over 205 mph (330 km/h) with acceleration from 0 to 60 in 3.5 seconds.
There is an upgrade package called “GT Evoluzione package”. It upgrades the car handling by using stiffer springs and rear anti-roll bar and new calibration settings for the magneto-rheological shock absorbers. The exhaust silencer was also modified to produce more powerful and thrilling sound when the car get’s near the Rev limiter. In the interior there are more carbon fiber components.
