The Tata Indica is a utility that measures 3675 mm long, almost like a Citroën C2 and bigger than a Fiat Panda or Kia Picanto (both measured 3.5 m). It is available only body with five doors and a range of two engines, one petrol with 85 hp or 71 hp turbodiesel. It is on sale from € 8272 gasoline (MPFI) and € 10,272 with diesel engine (Dicor). The Indica is available in three trim levels GLS, GLX and Sport. All Tata Indica have automatic air conditioning, central locking with remote control, four electric windows, folding rear seat, radio with MP3 player, five seats (with headrests) and power steering. A cheaper version lacks ABS anti-lock brakes. The interior of the Tata Indica is very well spent because there is enough room for four adults, taking into account their length; the most striking is that there is longitudinal space for rear seat occupants. Its trunk has 220 liters capacity, which is a normal size for a car of its size (a Suzuki Swift 3.7 m and measured a Citroen C2 213 193 l l). The gasoline engine has 1.4 liters of displacement and gives 85 hp. With it, the Indica reached 160 km / h and obtained an average consumption of 7.4 l/100. It is a low consumption in relation to their benefits, nor is its benefits fast in relation to their power. The diesel engine is 1.4 liters, has direct injection and common duct. It gives a maximum speed of 155 km / h, accelerates from 0-100 km / h in 15.2 s and consumes 6.0 l/100km average. With this engine is not a fast car and, above all, its consumption is much higher than other similar cars.
