Camaro 2011 inherits the body styling of 1969 model. This iconic car by General Motors is currently available as 2-door coupe. Two kinds of engine are available: a V6 which is a 3.6-liter that produces 312 horsepower, that is 8 more horses compared to 2010 model; and a V8 which is a 6.2-liter that produces 426 horsepower and 420 lb-ft torque. The automatic transmission makes 400 horsepower, 410 lb-ft torque and it has GM’s Active Fuel Management cylinder deactivation feature. V6 versions also offer a manual or automatic transmission. SS can reach 60 mph in just 5 seconds. Camaro 2011 includes following safety features: traction control, front-side airbags, anti-skid system, ABS and curtain-side airbags. It also includes rear-obstacle detection system. Other available features include a wireless cell-phone link, USB port, satellite radio, and remote engine start. One of the cons of this exotic sports car is its ridiculous steering design. Compared to its contender Ford’s, Mustang Camaro weighs more so both are nearly identical on a straight-line acceleration. It has manual transmission, EPA-estimated fuel efficiency on city roads is 16 mpg and on highways it is 24 mpg, making an average rating of 19 mpg. Due to the low-profile windows of camaro visibility is an issue making the car difficult to park in corners.
