Front door panels provide two spacious storage bins for carrying lots of travel items, from maps to flashlights. AdvanceTrac® is the only stability control system with gyroscopic sensors measuring both vehicle roll and turning rates. Corner too quickly or swerve to avoid an object, and Roll Stability Control™ applies brake pressure and reduces engine power to help keep you under control. During hard braking situations, 4-wheel anti-lock brakes (ABS) electronically pump the brakes and help prevent wheel lockup. E-Series engine options include a range from 4.6L V8 to 6.8L V10 SEFI Triton® engines, some with flex-fuel capability. For maximum towing power, upgrade to Class I or Class II/III/IV Trailer Towing and add the optional integrated Trailer Brake Controller. Optional 16-inch forged aluminum wheels give you the look you want. A 120-amp alternator is standard on all gas powertrains. Available alternators include a 155-amp alternator (5.4L and 6.8L engines) and the 225-amp heavy-duty alternator (6.8L only). It has a Heavy Duty Auxiliary battery which provides Extra starting power for extreme conditions. Standard on all E-Series models is the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) that warns you when your tires fall below their proper pressure.
