The model was purchased by a collector during 1936 for a huge amount. The Bugatti Type 57SC Atlantic features include 200 bhp engine along with lightweight construction, 123 mph (200 kph) top speed and influential teardrop body. The Atlantic was specially designed by Jean Bugatti who had played an important role in designing the Type 57 series. The special design includes riveted fins, a heavily raked windscreen and oval doors along with kidney-shaped side windows.
