The Jensen PW was introduced from 1946 and was available till 1952. This was the first car that was built by the company after the Second World War which has been mentioned in the name of the car as PW which means Post-War. The Jensen PW featured a Meadows 3.9L Straight 8 motor engine for the first model and later it was replaced by Nash 4.0L straight 6 engines. The engines were replaced due to problems like harsh vibrations used to occur while driving the car which had the first engine. There was also a convertible model that was developed along with a hardtop saloon models.
