The Suzuki Alto SS80 featured a 2 cylinder 796 cc F 8B petrol engine with front wheel drive. The vehicle which has a hatchback body includes intake manifold injection or carburetor along with hydraulic breaking system. The Suzuki Alto SS80 was a modified version of Suzuki Alto SS40 featuring some minor changes. In the export market, Alto name was utilized on all the passenger car models. The Alto SS80 was a 3 door cargo version of Front passenger car which also had folding rear seat. The car was successful when it was introduced and other companies also followed to produce similar type of vehicles.
