

The Mercedes-Benz C112 was a concept car that was developed in 1991 which featured a new 6.0-litre V12 engine that was able to produce 408 hp along with a peak torque of 580 Nm. The car had gullwing doors, anti-locking braking and anti-skid control system. The Mercedes-Benz C112 also featured a active springs and hydraulics at the wheels and sensors which helped to monitor the vehicle’s movements. The car also had active aerodynamics at the front spoiler and rear wing that supportive in the optimal combination of low drag and high down force of the car. The car failed to enter production, even after receiving orders.
