The DACIA 1100 was a small family car that was first introduced in 1968 and was produced till the year 1971. It was also the first mass-produced Romanian car and was developed under the license from Renault. The DACIA 1100 was available with various types of engine along with different types of transmission during its production period. More than 40, 000 models were developed during its production period and it underwent a minor design change in the year 1970. The car had a wheelbase of 2,275 mm, length of 4,000 mm or 4,200 mm, width of 1,490 mm and a height of 1,375 mm.
