

The Daihatsu Opti was introduced in 1992 and was available till the year 2002 on various models. The car was introduced with a 659 cc petrol engine with either front or 4-wheel drive. The Daihatsu Opti first version was based on L200 chassis and was available with a 3-door or 5-door hatchback. The second version of the car was unveiled in 1998 which was based on L500 chassis and was available with a 4-door saloon in 2 styles such as Opti and Opti Classic. Another high performance was also introduced later which was known as Opti Aerodown Beex that was available only in Japan.
