Spy photos of the new AUDI RS1 have been published on the internet these days. Judging by the photos we can conclude that the vision of the new RS1 is similar to the A1 model clubsport Quattro which was announced May this year. One of the possibilities for the engine of this car is 4 cylinder 2.0L turbo reaching 280 hp which will work with the help of automatic six gear transmission. The car will have really good braking system and sports seats. The acceleration from 0-100 km/h is 5 seconds and the max speed is somewhere around 240 km/h.
According to other information in RS1 will be tested a new hybrid system with engine running on electricity. The engine will be powered by new types and models of accumulators. If the system runs well and everything is fine, AUDI will continue using it in different models.
