The 2011 Lotus Renault R31 was introduced at the at the pit lane of the Valencia race track. It also features a 2.4-liter Renault V8 engine and has been built with a carbon-fiber monocoque chassis. The car has no adjustable front wing and an F-duct, but it features a pull rod rear suspension layout that was introduced by the Red Bull during the last year. The 2011 Lotus Renault R31 is expected to be a very different car compared to its previous versions. Most of the components that have been used in the car is expected to be completely new and not been used in any other models.
