The Dacia Hamster is based on Sandero Stepway and it includes an EcoMatic Hybrid System. The vehicle also features a 1.2-liter diesel or electric plug-in hybrid engine that is capable of producing about 75 hp and 100 Nm of torque along with an E-4WD or Electricway-4WD system. It also has a 10 hp electric motor that helps to move the rear wheels. The Dacia Hamster has a solar panel mounted on top of it which helps to charge the battery and it also provide energy to air-conditioning and other electronic systems. The vehicle also has regenerative braking system and diesel particulate filter.
