

The Pontiac Bonneville Tri-Power was introduced during the 1960s as a special edition car. It also featured a 389 cu V8 engine that was able to produce 318 hp along with a 4-speed manual transmission. The car also had a Tri-Power three two-barrel carburetors, an independent front suspension along with unequal-length A-arms, coil springs and stabilizer bar. The Pontiac Bonneville Tri-Power was available with a 124 inch wheelbase and other important features were live rear axle along with control arms and coil springs as well as 4-wheel hydraulic drum brakes. The chassis was developed with the best-handling full-size cars from the company.
