If you thought that the new Audi S7 and S8 2012 are the only ones that are going to debut at number 64 edition of the Frankfurt Motor Show, you are totally wrong, because the German car manufacturer unveiled the S6 and S6 Avant Audi 2012 models as well. Both S6 and S6 Avant Audi 2012 come equipped with the same V8 twin-turbo 4.0 liter TFSI, which also equip the S7 model so this means that the total power rises to an amount of 420 horsepower and 550 Nm of torque obtained between 1400 and 5300 rpm. Being equipped with a dual clutch S tronic 7-speed transmission, the new Audi S6 and S6 Avant 2012 comes with quattro, so the acceleration from 0 to 100 is achieved somewhere between 4.8 seconds to 4.9 seconds for the sedan and Avant. With an electronically limited top speed of 250 km / h, the new Audi S6 2012 has a fuel consumption of 9.7 liters per 100 km, while the Avant wagon version needs 9.8 liters over 100 km. Like the S7 model, the new Audi S6 and Audi Avant S6 2012 had received for their huge mass, power and efficient braking an upgraded brake system, with optional ceramic disc, an adaptive air suspension, plus a series of esthetic elements that highlight their sporting character, such as new wheels (sport alloy wheels), new bumpers, body kits and other new side sorts. The marketing of the new Audi S6 and S6 Avant 2012 will begin the next year, but for now, the German auto manufacturer has not announced the price of these two models which are about to enter the market soon.
