Over time many things have been changed for the Camaro, but the strong passion for cars remains constant.
With the new Camaro, the designers have decided to pay tribute to that ultimate driving experience by creating a modern interpretation of the 1969 Camaro, considered by many to be a true legend in terms of design.
The attitude was strong, low ground clearance and body proportions, so that the new Camaro brings tribute for its past but also comes with modern elements.
Now we are talking about the Camaro of the 21st century, with increased performance but benefiting from a fuel consumption economy. New Camaro Coupe is scheduled to be launched in European showrooms in the spring of 2012.
Inside the Camaro - a mix of past and modern
What characterizes the new Camaro in the interior, is attention paid to small details and the balance of past and modern elements. A pair of onboard instruments positioned in depth, a circular form in a square is a homage to the classic Camaro. These come in contrast with the ambient light package that uses technology based on LED light tubes inside to turn the interior into a welcoming and warm one.
Details such as, large instruments, chrome surfaces, adherent quality textiles and acrylic inserts enhance the feeling of quality. Attention to detail is evident in the case of the central panel of instruments. This panel is inherited from a similar option specified to the 1969 Camaro, but now it has been given the ambient LED light system.
