Carlsson has finally presented the Mercedes Benz SLK250 tuning package. So, what does the set includes? If we think about that this package increased the power with about 40 hp, well it surely contains a front and rear bumper installed right away for an improved aerodynamic, two exhaust pipes made of stainless steel, the insertion of diffuser and the rear bumper, which is fully optimized.
Also, Mercedes-Benz presents its new SLK in the best way with the help of Carlsson’s tuning package, so it comes with a long customized hood, seats, overhangs and the unmodified engine set in its standard position and finishing with a customized interior, but they keep the cars dynamism, the unique feelings and the pleasure to drive it.
The package includes a front and rear bumper which inserts underscores to modify the cars geometry, so that the rear axle can benefit of a perfect downforce performance and the from bumper is available in carbon material. In the back of the car, we find the two stainless steel pipes with silencer, one in the left and one in the right, both having the oval shape specific to the tuners package.
Carlsson presents in premiere the C-Tronic available for the current CGI engines. With the help of this control unit, the engines power is increasing to a total amount of 27 to 40 hp. So, how does it works? The system is making use of the cars standard reserves and by connecting to the car’s electronic system, it allows the engine to achieve a maximum performance without excessive wear and in the case of CB25 S kit, with a mounted intercooler, the power increases visually.
