Hyundai Hellion

If those from Hyundai knew the romanian language, their version of Hyundai, this title would not be possible in this context (“hell” = hell, “John” = John). In other way, the new Korean concept presented at the auto show in Los Angeles in 2006, would be called in any other way, but not Hyundai Hellion as you all know it.

In fact, it has another name, HCD10, which is a voice only a little bit dry, while these images related to the term are not bad at all. Skipping the introduction, Hellion’s robustness is ensured visually powerful by profiling small windows on the huge body perched on those 20 inch rims, with two pieces of Teflon valve. An interesting thing is the car volumes. However, the Korean creations for Hellion has sufficient fluidity as it can not be confused with a mini-Hummer.

If the front looks very mature and is expected to find many of its stylistic features for the brand’s future SUV, the back of the car remains at the level of fiction. The little lights, the rear side windows, have no meaning on a production model and has a small impractical opening. All concessions are for the sake of design, of course that the two outputs of the integrated rear spoiler and the exhaust shield is contributing to a more muscular and sporty appearance.

Hellion also comes with a surprise: the soft-top, which, when taken down, it provides overhead spaces for the passangers, but not as a convertible, because they did not work onto the structure resistance, which is made of the longitudinal ribs cross.
