To counter the momentum of the Chevrolet Camaro, Ford Mustang receives a series of visual and technical upgrades and is designed to enhance the appearance.
This year, Ford Mustang received on November, 2 engines: a 5.0 liter V8 and a 3.7 liter V6 engine, but from the beginning of 2012, the American muscle car will be marked by the placement of a discreet facelift. The front has a redesigned bumper, an the air intakes which are placed closer to the asphalt. The GT version got a new hood fitted with some functional vents and a new set of projectors for the fog. The rims available now from November these sizes: 17, 18 and 19 inches and the taillights have a concave shape, with a new layout interior, framing now with a gloss black plastic grid. The car has Recaro seats which will enrich the arsenal of the equipment of the V6 engine and the GT logo, so that the opulent Boss 302 will be history by including a TrackPack GT package, which includes a Torsen differential and Brembo brakes.
Ford’s Mustang which is equipped with an automatic transmission will put on the line, in addition to general facelift of the range of the V6 Performance package that comes with an AppsTrack function, a feature that monitors all the performances and parameters of the car. The V8 is also changed to something more performance, so it produces about 420 hp, from the 402 hp, so this far, is all that it has to offer.
