

The Jaguar Bonspeed X-Type is a compact executive car that was introduced in the year 2002 as an entry-level luxury car. The car was available with different engine options such as 2.5 liter engine producing 192 hp, 3.0 liter Jaguar AJ-V6 engine that generates 227 hp, 2.0 liter with front wheel drive and finally a 2.2 liter diesel engine was introduced. All the models were introduced with a standard 5-speed automatic transmission and rear wheel drive. This car was specially developed on a modified version of Ford CD132 platform. It was the smallest Jaguar saloon when it was introduced in the market which was made after the success of S-Type. The Jaguar Bonspeed X-Type interior features include F1 race-style bucket seats, Hurst shifter ball shift knob, CNC machined billet shift surround, Jaguar carbon fiber dash accents and mulholl, brothers crimson leather upholstery, Sony 1200 watt audio system and Sony head unit and DVD player. The exterior has been painted with match head red color, DTM touring car-inspired body package, new front and rear fascias, integrated trunk spoiler and extended side rockers. The Jaguar Bonspeed X-Type also features 19 inch bonspeed forged alloy wheels along with 255/35-19 Michelin Pilot tires, koni front coil-over shocks, eibach springs, Hotchkiss sway bars and rear gas struts. The car was specially developed by both Jaguar and bonspeed before introducing it at the SEMA Show. Overall, this model is a combination of luxurious interiors and grand touring capabilities.
