

The Mini 35 is a special edition car that was introduced in the year 1994. This model was based on the Mini Sprite and featured a 1275 cc 1 3/4 SU Carb engine along with automatic transmission which was available as optional. It was available with different color options such as metallic Arizona blue, metallic British racing green, pearlescent Nevada red and diamond white. The car was available only in France, Italy and Japan as it is s special edition and it has been identified with different names in all these markets. The Mini 35 interior was developed with blue and pink Jamboree fabric and the export options included perforated leather inserts, full walnut wood dash, door capping and colored piping which was made to match the exterior. The exterior features include lock set and door handles, chrome grille and auxiliary driving lamps. It also had an electric adjustable headlamp and webasto sunroof was introduced with this model as an optional feature. The car featured silver coach line along with special decals to create its identification. The Mini 35 was available with 13 inch alloy wheels as optional, extended wheel arches, opening rear windows and R652 stereo. About 400 left hand drive models were developed by the company which was exported to places like Holland and Germany during its production period. The left hand drive models featured special decals, special wood-rimmed steering wheel, same silver coach lines and 35th Anniversary horn button.
