

The Daihatsu Grand Move is a mini MPV that was available from the year 1996 to 2002. It was available with different engine options such as 1.4 liter HE-EG 16V SOHC I4 engine that was able to produce 66 kW of power along with 88 lb-ft of torque and 74 kW of power along with 94 lb-ft of torque. Another 1.5 liter HD-EP 16V SOHC I4 engine was also available that produced 67 kW of power along with 93 lb-ft of torque and 85 kW of power along with 103 lb-ft of torque. It also features either 5-speed manual transmission or a 4-speed automatic transmission and optional full-time all-wheel drive. The Daihatsu Grand Move was registered as a four-passenger vehicle in most of the countries featuring 50/50 split folding rear bench seat which would increase the cargo compartment after folding the rear seats. The car was also introduced with a mild facelift during its production period including a slightly altered front fascia with new headlights had clear turn signals. The body decals were also updated more in line along with smaller Daihatsu Move’s styling. The Daihatsu Grand Move had a length of 160.6 inches and its chassis was based on the Daihatsu Charade. It also features driver airbag, passenger airbag, central locking, immobilizer, steel wheels, electric door mirrors and more. The vehicle used to be a perfect vehicle that can be used for urban trips with cost-effective method of transporting the family.
