

The 2012 Dodge Dart SRT4 was first unveiled at the Detroit Auto Show this year and it is expected to be the most powerful version called SRT4. It will be powered by a 1.7 liter, turbocharged four-cylinder engine that is capable of producing about 285 hp and a torque of 265 lb-ft along with a dual-clutch, six-speed transmission. This model had received a lot of positive reactions when it was introduced at the show which the company is planning to make it even better features when it enters the market. The car is slightly based on Italian Alfa Romeo Giulietta platform along with solid European chassis which is further updated for sport and performance by Ralph Gilles. The 2012 Dodge Dart SRT4 will be available with all manner of functional scoops as well as vents along with an aggressive rear deck spoiler and vertigo-inducing handling. It also features stiffer springs and dampers, upgraded rubber and larger wheels. This model will be distinguished by a meaner appearance which looks like a modern day Neon SRT4 and it has been stylized with aggressive yet functional vents, scoops, and rear spoiler. The 2012 Dodge Dart SRT4 is based on the same chassis and aerodynamics which has been previously used on the Chrysler/Dodge line. It also has 8-inch display in the center console and more displays in the gauge cluster which makes the interior look more stylish. The car also has a very nice stance with quality wheels pushed to the corners.
