The Mini ACV30 is a concept car that was first introduced in the year 1997 to celebrate the 1967 Monte Carlo Rally by Mini with ACV standing for Anniversary Concept Vehicle. It is available with a 1.8 liter, 4-cylinder engine that has been borrowed from the MGF and it is capable of producing about 140 hp at 4800 rpm along with 191.8 ft-lbs of torque. The car is a mid-engine, rear-wheel-drive which features only two seats in the interior and the exterior has been colored red and white paintwork which is said to have recalled the racing colors of the original. This model also looks stylish as well as contemporary and it also remains true to the original design. The Mini ACV30 interior seats have been styled similar to the one which is found in the racing models along with harnesses and roll cage-like cross braces run all over the Spartan interior. This model is expected to narrow the distance between the old and new mini at that period. It has a retro-inspired exterior which has been designed under the watchful eye of the owner. The coupe-style body and rear-wheel drive chassis has been inspired from the MGF sports car. The Mini ACV30 had several elements which had influenced the eventual new Mini from 2001 like the black a-pillars, chunky wheel arch detailing and a white roof. The car had a wheelbase of 2890 mm and it also weighs about 1595 kg.
