

The Acura Integra LS is a compact luxury performance coupe which was introduced as a special edition car in the year 1996. It was available with a 1.8 liter, 4-cylinder engine that was capable of producing about 142 hp at 6300 rpm and a torque of 127 lb-ft at 5200 rpm along with a 5-speed manual transmission. The car is able to reach from 0-60 mph in about 7.8 seconds along with an estimated top speed of around 125 mph. The safety features include dual airbags, side-impact beams, adjustable shoulder anchors on the front belt and anti-lock braking system. The Acura Integra LS had a wheelbase of 2,620 mm, length of 4,425 mm, width of 1,695 mm, height of 1,370 mm and it had a weight of about 2598 pounds. The interior was much larger than its previous models with ample head and legroom and lot of seat adjustments such as lumbar support. It also features heated seats, air conditioning, cruise control, full center console, power windows, AM/FM cassette stereo, tilt steering and power moonroof. The exterior was available with a completely new look which included projector beam headlamps, thin roof pillars, a low cowl, body-color bumpers, bodyside molding and Michelin all-season tires. The Acura Integra LS had an estimated fuel economy of 25 mpg in the city and 31 mpg in the highway. Overall, it was a beautiful car which was available with lot of options and very good fuel economy.
