

The Renault Be Bop is a concept car that was introduced in the year 2003 at the Frankfurt Motor Show. It was available with two different versions such as a 2.0 liter 4-cylinder turbocharged engine that is capable of producing about 225 bhp along with a front wheel drive. Another model featured a smaller 1.6 liter 4-cylinder engine that is able to generate 115 bhp along with a new 6-speed clutchless manual gearbox. It also features an electronic coupling system linking the front and rear wheels and both the variations share about fifty percent of their body components. The Renault Be Bop is 4 meter long along with 210 mm ground clearance, 4-wheel drive and rear seats were able disappear completely under the front seats along with the flick of a switch. It also had slim seats that are covered with pale khaki/orange leather upholstery. This model has one single flowing line and shape of the front and rear wings are able to receive a friendly yet powerful air. The curve of the vehicle is extended at the front into a panoramic windscreen and it disappears into the immense glazed roof, then drops down to form a V-shaped rear window which results in the signature Renault rear end. The Renault Be Bop exceptional visibility and unique brightness makes the cabin space attractive and it can also be configured in different ways. The name of this model has been recently used in the Renault Kangoo.
