

The Alfa Romeo 147 Q2 is available with a self-locking front differential which is known as Q2 which is expected to improve all the strong points of the front-wheel drive system including active safety, increasing driving enjoyment and control. The system is also available with a 150 bhp JTDM engine and it will subsequently be extended to other models in the Alfa Romeo range to take it a step forward to reflect the current state of the art of turbodiesel technology. The company has developed the sophisticated Q2 system to provide maximum control and traction in all the driving conditions. The Alfa Romeo 147 Q2 can be identified externally with a number of stylistic details such as satin finish whiskers, grille and mirror housings, special 17″ alloys, a rear spoiler, chromed exhaust terminal, lower stance and the Q2 logo at the rear. The interior is available with a particularly sporty outfit underlined by instruments alo9ng with red scale background and white lighting, leather upholstery along with red stitching on the steering wheel, gear lever and hand brake gaiters, special ‘Q2′ heel-high strips and aluminum pedals and grey anthracite trims on the steering wheel and central console. The Alfa Romeo 147 Q2 is also available with complete radio controls on the steering wheel, 6 airbags, cruise control, VDC system and a Bose Hi-Fi system. It also features a specific 18 inch rims, dual chromed exhaust terminals, whiskers and mirror housings and Q2 logo on the tailgate, satin finish grille.
