

The Hyundai HND-3 is a concept car that was first introduced at the Seoul Motor Show in the year 2007 and the final model was unveiled at the Detroit Auto Show. It has been powered by a 2.0 liter DOHC Theta inline 4-cylinder engine and a 5-speed automatic transmission. The vehicle was completely styled at the Design and Technical Center of Hyundai at Namyang. This model has been specially made to cater to the tastes of Y-generation and it is the third in a series of concept cars which was developed by the central styling studio in Korea by Hyundai. The Hyundai HND-3 is available with a wheelbase of 2,600 mm, length of 4,100 mm, width of 1,790 mm, height of 1,450 mm and it has a weight of about 2,888 lb. The vehicle has a panoramic glass roof along with other futuristic styling features that help to project a high-tech image. It also combines a very simple and iconic design along with good value and robust construction. This model is also expected to be a combination of velocity and roadster which may highlight the sporting character of a classic 2 plus 2 page layout. The Hyundai HND-3 was specially developed to try something really different said the Hyundai’s vice president of design.
