The Acura 2+1 is a concept vehicle that was first introduced in the year 2008 and it was professionally developed with assistance from Honda employees. The vehicle was designed to be a replacement of NSX in the company’s lineup and it was also expected to be a gateway model for the buyers who are interested in the NSX. It was mainly aimed to attract the younger buyers who were expecting a very unique and striking vehicle which would help to reflect their personal style. This model was inspired by multifaceted trend of modern baroque-fashion and which formed an aesthetic whole. The Acura 2+1 was available with a very aggressive styling of the body along with a simple top section with a flowing and uninterrupted roof line. The body of the car was made from new plastics which are extremely light and harder than the fiberglass. The vehicle also has a transparent hood-windscreen-roof section which shows off the front mounted V6 twin turbocharged engine. It has an electrical motor that has been powered by a clear solar panel positioned under the glass. The Acura 2+1 is available with a green nanoil which is made of organic materials along with nanosized beads to support the piston’s life as well as oil cycle. The interior has been designed with 100% recyclable fabrics. This model is expected to have a very little chance to enter into production because of its interesting features along with futuristic styling.
