

The 2013 Lexus CX 300h is another full hybrid model that will be produced after the most successful CT 200h. The vehicle is expected to have a 2.4 liter 4-pot and Hybrid Synergy Drive that will be able to generate about 187 hp. But, there are expectations that it would have a fuel consumption of 5 liter per 100 km and a power rating can be around 200 hp. This model has been developed on the same platform which is used to build the Toyota RAV4. It will also feature 4-cylinder engine along with a powerful electric motor, a high performance battery, a generator, a power split device and a power control unit. The 2013 Lexus CX 300h is expected to have a fuel economy of about 47 mpg which is better than other similar models. The exterior design language of the vehicle is expected to combine the elements from all the latest Lexus models. It would have similar external specifications of the Toyota RAV4 model and both these models measure the same height. The 2013 Lexus CX 300h is also expected to be one of the six hybrid models that will be announced by the company during this year. This model has been planned to be introduced to the market at the end of this season. The actual details of the vehicle have not been revealed by the company yet, but they are sure that it be available by the end of 2012.
