

The 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Sports is a new special edition vehicle that was originally planned to be unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show as a concept model. This model is expected to have a 3.0 liter V6 turbo-diesel engine along with a Multijet II technology that helps to produce about 241 hp and a torque of 406 lb-ft. The vehicle is also available with a 5-speed automatic transmission along with Electronic Range Select. It is capable of reaching from 0-60 mph in about 7.4 seconds and it has an estimated fuel economy of around 17 mpg in the city and 23 mpg in the highway. The 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Sports is available with lot of aesthetic modifications which includes tinted rear passenger windows, a glossy black accent on the headlamp bezels, a lift gate light-bar, grille surround and roof molding covers instead of the roof rack. The vehicle also features new set of 20 inch aluminum wheels, new mesh grille, black chrome dual exhaust tips and a lower bumper fascia applique in Platinum Chrome. The 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Sports interior has been designed to look more attractive with features such as Nappa leather and suede seats, carbon fiber trim pieces on the instrument panel, a heated leather steering wheel, accelerator pedals, bright brake and door trim panels. Overall, the vehicle has the legendary off-road powers of the company and it also has many luxurious as well as technical features.
