Major consumer surveys carried out this year have repeatedly put Honda motors at the top when it comes to providing good value.

The Japanese car makers, Honda, have produced cars for decades with reliability and dependability at the forefront of their agenda. This has ensured that any vehicle produced under this brand is consistently of a high standard and with minimum maintenance required, as well as relatively cheap running costs, the resale value of their cars provides owners with good investments.
It would appear that the Honda Jazz, the Honda Fit and the used honda civic for sale are amongst the most popular in various consumer surveys, particularly when it comes to providing the consumer with value for money; with initial cost taken into consideration in addition to resale value and running costs.
The UK consumers’ group Which? published a preview of a survey carried out to uncover the public’s opinion regarding the best-performing used cars of the year. Over 39,000 owners put the Honda Jazz at the top of the best small car category which took into consideration road tests and owner experience. It received recognition for its high owner ratings and good resale value.
In another survey carried out in America the Honda Fit retained its title as ‘best value small car’ in a Consumer Reports list. Over 200 different vehicles were included in the survey that looked at scores based on road test scores provided by consumers, as well as depreciation, maintenance and repairs and insurance premiums.
Additionally, Honda’s British-built Honda Civic 1.4 i-VTEC SE was awarded the best value for money award in the Parkers Cost of Motoring New Car Awards this year. This survey calculated any hidden costs of the motor such as the cost of breakdown cover and road tax, depreciation, servicing and fuel consumption.
This continued recognition only serves to reassure the consumer of what they have known for years; Hondas are ideal when looking for a car that provides good value.
