

The 2011 Citroen DS3 Serie Noire is a special edition car that was introduced at the Geneva Motor Show. The car will be available with two engine options such as a THP 150 engine that is capable of producing about 115 kW of power along with a torque of 177 lb-ft and a HDi 110 engine that is able to generate 82 kW of power along with a torque of 199 lb-ft. There are no modifications made under the hood, but it features added perks that takes it a little closer to the powerful DS3-R model. The 2011 Citroen DS3 Serie Noire has been distinguished with matte black bodywork and it also features a shiny black roof, 17 inch black diamond-tipped Bellone wheels, chrome-plated door mirror housings and a chrome-plated rubbing strip. The interior is available with Mistral and Lama leather upholstery, GPS navigation, gloss black trim, a premium audio system, fascia trim, air vent surrounds, gear lever knob similar to the shiny black roof and interior door handle trim. The 2011 Citroen DS3 Serie Noire further explores the customization options that are available with the Citroen DS3 model. The car also features hydractive suspension, an exclusive in the automotive world that is capable of providing a unique mix of performance and comfort. The company had planned to produce only 750 units which will be available with two engine options and each of them will have a price tag of about $33,800.
