

The 2013 Kia Quoris is a new full-size 4-door sedan that was first introduced at the Frankfurt Motor Show. The car is available with different engine options such as a 3.8 liter V6 engine for the base model which produces 333 hp, a 4.6 liter V8 engine that is able to generate 385 hp and a 5.0 liter V8 engine for the higher models which can produce about 429 hp. It also features a 8-speed automatic transmission and a new 10-speed automatic transmission which is under development. This model has been developed on the same BH-L (VI) platform that is used by the Hyundai Equus. The 2013 Kia Quoris will be available with a wheelbase of 3,045 mm, length of 5,090 mm, width of 1,900 mm, height of 1,490 mm and it has a weight of around 4,200 lb. The car is a little shorter when compared to the Equus, but it has a longer wheelbase along with shorter front overhang dimensions and aggressive, sporty stance. It also has a Tiger nose grill which has been based in the front fascia design. The 2013 Kia Quoris is available with high-tech driving assistance and other active safety features. It also has radar-based blind-spot detection along with lane change assistance, lane departure warning system and around-view monitor with four cameras. Other features include a head-up display, advanced smart cruise control, electronic stability control, multiple warning systems, an advanced vehicle safety management and seatbelt mechanisms.
