

The 2011 BMW 328 Hommage is a special edition car that has been specially developed to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the standard 328 model. The car is expected to feature a 3.0 liter 6-cylinder engine, but the exact details have not been revealed by the company. The car was originally planned to be introduced at the Mille Miglia and the company had planned to pay homage to the BMW 328. This model is expected to be a milestone in the history of the automobile said Karl Baumer, the CEO of BMW Group Classic. The 2011 BMW 328 Hommage interior has be designed with fine leather along with matte and high-gloss black polished aluminum. It also featured a number of new details that is based on the motor racing. The car has a slightly asymmetrically designed windscreen, high-gloss aluminum safety buckles along with leather and other carbon fiber elements The interior is also been distinguished with two large surface areas which includes the one that extends towards the driver displaying the workplace comprising steering wheel and control elements. The second layer starts next to the scoop towards the co-driver. The 2011 BMW 328 Hommage exterior has been developed with carbon fiber reinforced plastic and its design language is similar to the Vision ConnectedDrive Concept. It also has a powerful appearance, carbon fiber bonnet, low-reaching sidewalls, extremely wide and flat front end along with generous surfaces. Overall, this model looks flatter and more dynamic on the exterior.
