A 3-speed Borg Warner automatic gearbox was available on the exported models. This model was capable of reaching a top speed of around 104 mph. It was designed with a modern and streamlined body that also featured fully integrated headlights as well as mudguards along with an increased rear overhang for enhanced presence. The Jaguar Mark VII M also had a distinctive Jaguar vertical grille along with a trace of traditional separate fenderlines. The car has a wheelbase of 3,048 mm, length of 4,991 mm, width of 1,854 mm and it also had a weight of around 3,724 lb. This model can be distinguished from other models with horn grilles beneath the headlights and formerly integrated auxiliary lamps on the bumpers further from the centre of the car. The Jaguar Mark VII M also featured wrap-around bumpers, drum brakes and a power steering. The car had a seating capacity for six passengers with a graceful period styling. About 10,061 units were sold by the company during its production period of two years. Overall, this model received a good response from the public and it was also less expensive when compared to other similar models.
