The 2013 Hummer H3 Electric is a new special edition model that has been specially developed by Prindiville. It has been powered by an electric motor which is a AC brushless system along with nine 8-volt batteries that is able to create 72 volts. The motor runs through the direct-drive system linked straight to the rear wheels and there are no gears available in this model. The vehicle is capable of reaching an estimated top speed of around 40 mph which is perfect for a city driving. This model is able to travel about 40 miles on a single charge. The 2013 Hummer H3 Electric batteries can be charged through a standard 13 amp indoor or outdoor plug and having an electrician install a 16 amp outlet is recommended by the company. The interior is available with a pair of adjustable heated sports seats, Hummer floor mats, two cup holders, a Pioneer CD player and a digital dashboard to show things such as distance, time, amps, speed, temperature and battery voltage. The 2013 Hummer H3 Electric has a wheelbase of 81.7 inches, length of 118.1 inches, width of 55 inches and a height of 55 inches. The exterior features include a front and rear trunk, 15 inch Hummer alloy wheels, LED lighting and shark fin antenna. The vehicle is available with standard two color options such as metallic black along with silver or flat white and other color options are available for a fee.
