

The Peugeot Sesame is a concept vehicle with both practical and pleasurable driving and it was unveiled at the Paris Motor Show in the year 2002. It has been powered by a naturally aspirated 1.6 liter, 4-cylinder engine that is able to generate about 110 bhp along with 5-speed manual transmission and a front wheel drive option. This is a B segment small car that has a familiar look of the 206 at the front end along with swept back headlights, radiator grille finished with a molding strip, crescent shaped air intake underneath and generous-sized windscreen. The Peugeot Sesame was introduced with a wheelbase of 2.31 m, length of 3.70 m, width of 1.67 m and height of 1.63 m. The vehicle also features two electric sliding side doors that provide access to the interior that has four seats. Each door have been guided by a pad sliding on a visible rail that wraps around to the rear and it is also very easy to open from outside or inside of the vehicle. There is also a 17 inch alloy wheels and short front bonnet. The Peugeot Sesame has color coded door mirrors and matching interior of yellow and dark blue. The windscreen pillars have been mounted forward over the front wheel axle to make the interior as large as possible. The vehicle also features a large glazed surface area and heat reflecting athermic glass roof for a light and airy feel.
