The Bentley Continental DC is a special edition green power car that was introduced in the year 2008. It is available with a 24v wheelchair motor along with two 12-volt batteries which is capable of producing about 240 watt of power and 7 Nm of torque. The car also features a continuous one-wheel drive along with a Nuvinci CVP transmission and it was able to reach a top speed of around 40mph. It has been specially designed to have a lightness and maximum power efficiency. The Bentley Continental DC has a wheelbase of 1300 mm, length of 1420 mm, width of 1000 mm, height of 500 mm and it also weighs about 120 Kg. The car is available as a one-seater Continental DC that has a carbon fiber chassis along with low resistance tires. The interior has been developed with some simple features such as seat and dashboard, trimmed steering wheel and touch screen driver information panel which are under development. The exterior features include bright chromed grille and Bentley wheel badge. The two 12-volt batteries are capable of producing 2 hours capacity per battery set and the car also has Zero CO2 emissions. It also features rear 160mm ventilated disc that has been fitted on the single wheel and Anti-lock system. The car was also planned to participate into the Formula 24+ season which has an eight 90-minute endurance races. The competition consists of cars that feature identical 24-volt electric motors.

The Bentley S3 Continental Flying Spur is a strictly coach built version that was introduced in the year 1963. It was available as a 6.2litre V8 engine and 7 percent increase in the horse power compared to the previous model along with a fixed head or drop head coupe form. The car also features a automatic transmission and it is capable of reaching a top speed of around 115 mph. The most important difference between its previous version S2 was the four canted headlights. The body of the car was developed on the Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud and the S3 chassis. The Bentley S3 Continental Flying Spur also had sportier bodywork that was made of aluminum different from the heavier as well as steel bodied standard saloon. The 2012 Bentley Continental GT V8 was first introduced at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit. It features a new 4.0 liter twin-turbo V8 engine that is capable of producing 500 hp and 487 lb-ft of torque along with a new close-ratio 8-speed automatic transmission. The car will be to reach 0-60 mph in less than 5 seconds along with a top speed of around 180 mph. The 2012 Bentley Continental GT V8 also has a special red badge, special exhaust and few trim panel hornswoggle on the interior. The car is expected to enter into the market by 2013.

With just a few days ago, Bentley presented a movie where the main star was the new V8 engine. Even if it is planned to be launched in January at the Detroit Motor Show, the company officials had no patience to wait until then, so today they had announced the details of the new Continental V8.

The 4.0 liter V8 engine, will be used by Bentley for the first time and will equip Continental GT coupe and the convertible GTC. Since 2003, marking the emergence of the market for the first generation of Bentley Continental, the 6.0 liter W12 engine was the only one available.

As is natural, the manager from Bentley, Wolfgang Dürheimer, is confident on the new V8 engine. The reasons are: first, the engine will deliver 500 hp at 6,000 rpm and a torque of 660 Nm, available from 1700 to 4000 RPM. Power will be distributed to all wheels through an automatic gearbox with eight steps. Acceleration from 0-100 km / h in about five seconds and the top speed is 290 km / h.

Up to a certain speed, the engine will use only four of the eight cylinders to save fuel and to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. Those from Bentley stated that neither the driver nor passengers will not feel the moment of transition, thanks to the performance of the cylinders. With one full, autonomy is up to 800 miles, but other consumer data has not yet been announced.

How will you recognize the patterns of the new range? On the outside, Continental V8 will be distinguished by a grid from the radiator, painted with a glossy black and by a frame which is made of chrome.
