The Citroen C1 Chrono is a special edition vehicle that was introduced in France during the year 2007 after the success of the standard Citroen C1. The car was available with 2 different types of engines such as 1.0i petrol engine including 3-door along with manual gearbox and SensoDrive automated manual gearbox. The second engine is 1.0i petrol engine including 5-door along with manual gearbox and SensoDrive automated manual gearbox. The car is available with different types of exterior color options such as Scarlet red, Ra yellow, Caldera black, Argon blue, Carlinite grey and Damas blue. The Citroen C1 Chrono is also available with a special color option including Super gloss metallic paint which was available as option. The car was developed with C1′s dynamic styling with sporting demeanor underscoring the vehicles lively. It also features 14-inch alloy wheels, RDS radio-CD player, air conditioning and a rev counter. There are few new features that have been added in this version compared to the standard Citroen C1 such as windscreen pillars, tailgate, bonnet, dynamic styling and hotting up the hatch along with stickers on the front doors. It also has white rearview mirror housings, white surrounds for the electric window controls, instrument panel, an elegant design with white door handles and white gear-lever base. The Citroen C1 Chrono which also has more attractive look compared to the standard version and it is expected to attract the car lovers with this sport-themed special edition.

At the Frankfurt Motor Show in 2011, the French will surprise us with a new concept which is not a sport car, but the one that gives a tribute to the tube “van” of 1939: the new Citroen Tubik Concept. Here are the first pictures of the new Citroen Concept.

Here is an extravagant and complex concept developed by the French: Citroen Tubik which will be exhibited at the Frankfurt Motor Show 2011 as a tribute to a historical model for the French brand, the tube “van”, which appeared in 1939 and its successor, Tube Type H, was produced in a form almost unchanged from 1948 to the early 80′s.

The original was simply a box on four wheels, with a clear mission to carry as many passengers as a simple which came with an inexpensive package. Citroen Tubik retain the basic features of tube, with only 4.8 meters long and provides space for nine passengers in three rows of seats.
Interior space is generous, with a total width of 2.08 meters while the height of the concept amounts 2.05 meters. The driver is separated from the cabin thanks to a curved wall behind it (which is an indication of the rich history of Citroen in freight cars) and the cockpit is simply avant-garde.

Very interesting ways of planning the 8 chairs, chairs in the cockpit, the car being able to transform, if necessary, in a bedroom for three people, so that the interior ambiance is similar to that of a spaceship in SF movies. As for the general style of the car, we can only say that designers do not really have constraints - except that it had to remember very clearly the tube site of the ’39 Tubik and what happened with it.

The Citroen C-Elysee was first unveiled at the Beijing International Motor Show in the year 2008 which featured an updated front and rear ends. The 2011 Citroen C5 Tourer is one of the best-styled models from the company. The Citroen BX GTi is an updated version which was available with a 1.9 L 8-valve fuel injected engine that was capable of producing about 90 kW of power.
