LAMBORGHINI GALLARDO LP 560-4

We are driving form our hotel to the circuit in a two million-pound convey of cars; its 7am, its raining, and I really know the way. I have also fallen behind a little, which means I have no choice (no choice at all, officer): I am going to have to ‘press on’ a bit, to catch up. This is good, because I am in a Lamborghini. I have fallen behind because I spent too long taking pictures of white Gallardo on my phone when I first came out of the hotel- the LP 560-4 is just an incredible piece of dynamic sculpture that makes me stop and gawp every time I get near it. It also makes me want to text pictures to my friends, to say ‘Ha! Look! Eat that!’ And even when I (eventually) climbed in, I sat there for five minutes, running my hands over the steering wheel like a pervert, looking around. The Gallardo has two proper, sloped back, supercar seats; sharp, dagger-shaped side-windows; and a windscreen that is so steeply raked, it looks like it could scoop puddles clean off the road. Climbing in and starting up the Lamborghini feels like such an event, it seems a shame to rush it. So now its time to put my foot down, tentatively at first but not for long, one of the things this Lamborghini does straight away is inspire you with complete confidence- it feels compact and sure-footed, and very soon I am nailing the throttle, exploring the brakes, committing myself to bigger inputs through the wheel.

And with the V10 hosing out horsepower like a chain gun spraying bullets (552bhp in total), this is a blistering quick car in the middle gears, by any standards. But the noise- the noise is the thing.Ultimately nothing could stand in the way of the unforgettably vivid experience the Gallardo gives you on the road. Fast and fascinating, stunning to look at and amazing to listen to, it’s everything a performance car should be.

GALLARDO ‘’LP560-2 VALENTINO BALBONI’’

Plainly speaking the Italian car manufacturer is running a great show for us. They are presenting us with their top of the line bulls again and again. It is quite surprising that Lamborghini releases a car so perfectly and the variants just come in a short while. We have been witnessing such acts in the past years and once again we have been invited by Lamborghini to watch the release of their latest car variant. This time Lamborghini has decided to release a variant of their popular car the Gallardo. Lamborghini has released their variant in the pride of their test driver Valentino Balboni. So the new Gallardo will be known as LP560-2 Valentino Balboni.

The basic design of this car has also been inspired by Valentino. The front fender has been re worked on to give a more sporty and sleek look. Same way the rear fender has been designed again and now has a carbon fiber panel attached to it. The lights have been given a lot of change too. The front headlights have been given a change in the LED placement. These now give a more crystal effect to the car. The rear tail lights have been changed entirely and give a new look just like the Lamborghini Reventon. A new racing stripe has been added to the car giving a racier look to the car

The weight of the vehicle has been kept as low as 1380 kg by using aluminum and carbon fiber in abundance. The engine of the car being a V10 can give output up to 542 units of horse power. Due to the love of rear wheel driving of Valentino Balboni the car has been selected to be a rear wheel drive. Well that would be a new experience for the Lamborghini fans right?

ITALIAN BULLS ‘’LAMBORGHINI ESTOQUE’’

Expecting cars from an Italian automaker is a very big thing you know. Super cars and sport cars always keep coming from the Italians but sedans from a supercar manufacturer is quite an important event in the history of cars. Every year we look forward to the famous automaker, Lamborghini to present us with some super cars. But this year they are planning of providing us with a four door sedan. This new presentation from Lamborghini is called the Estoque.

The name derived from a Spanish sword used in the art of bull fighting purely represents the concept and purpose of the vehicle. This is to be the first car to be a four door car by Lamborghini when compared with the current production cars. It is the second vehicle to be a front mid-engine car. The design is quite edgy for a car that makes it look like a real retro vehicle for a sedan. The front bumper intake has been carved out so well that it gives the potential of bullying sedans out to the Estoque. The lights also being really sleek in the front and in the rear light LEDs have also been included. The wheels are custom made with metallic black as the color.

The performance has been thought of really high when thinking of a sedan. The Estoque would be featuring as stated by Lamborghini, a 5.2 liter V 10 engine. Along with that ideas have been presented for the replacement of the V10 with a V8 or possibly a V12 too. There are also suggestions that the engine should be replaced with a Hybrid Engine or a Turbo- Diesel engine.  Well without doubt Lamborghini is coming up with crazy cars and all the car freaks out there, just wait until its launch.

THE FIGHTING BULL ‘’LAMBORGHINI MURCIELAGO LP 670’’

The era of super cars is what you can say at the peak point. The competition of automotive manufacturers is heating up as one by one as a new contender is launched in the market. Lamborghini the fighting bull has been one of the companies to show outstanding performance in this era. It has been coming up with outstanding supercars. One of its best supercars ever is the Lamborghini Murcielago LP 670. It is the latest variant launched by Lamborghini of the Murcielago. And this has been like the best variant of a super car for the season.

The designing as always has been up to the Lamborghini standard. The design is that of the basic Lamborghini Murcielago. . The curves and detailing have been made to look more vicious and fearsome. The LP 670 has a new face lift for its exterior. Cool and sexy scissor doors have returned to make the new Murcielago look like a bull.

The interior has been redesigned to give more head space for taller customers. An optional spoiler is offered with the LP 670 along with customized body kit. A black 18 inch’’ Inch wheel has been installed to go with the custom paint job.

The performance as the name suggests is also increased. The LP 640 SuperVeloce’s V12 has been recorded to produce 661 hp by 493 kW. And this breathtaking performance is delivered at 8000 RPM. The weight to increase the performance has been cut by 100 kilos. This had been made possible by using carbon fiber in the interior and the exterior panels. Claims by Lamborghini suggest that the LP 670 SuperVeloce can reach speed up to 213 mph. With no doubt I would say this is the best variant ever released by the Lamborghini!

LAMBORGHINI V10 MARVEL – GALLARDO

Any new-fangled Lamborghini is an occasion, chiefly because the stillness between model launches is so excruciatingly long. There were 16 years between the famous releases of ‘Countach’ and the lethally brutal ‘Diablo’, a gigantic 28 between the Silhouette and the latest petite Lamborghini, the ever classic the ‘Gallardo’. The well-known Ferrari-directed fury that impelled Lamborghini to formulate sports cars burns as brutally as it ever did in Sant’Agata. The Gallardo’s task is to be the chief-performance car in its sector.

Lamborghini Gallardo

The V-10 that propels past the Gallardo’s 3153-pound restrain weight is factually the pride and joy of the car. In disparity to Lamborghini’s modern 12 cylinder cars, power flows toward the back from the motor to a tail mounted 6-speed transaxle. A 90-degree V angle was opted to cut down the overall height of the under square or the commonly known term engine bore, engine-a move that required gash crank pins to accomplish even sacking intermissions. Other features consist of a dry sump cooling system that encourages even more reduced engine height and in turn lowering the center of gravity, variable timing provided on the air intake and exhaust tracts, a 2-stage intake manifold with extended runners to reduce midrange output and short runners enabling peak power at high engine revolutions, and dual automatically actuated throttles.
