Cool cars always take one’s breath away. This is one of the main factors causing uplifts and chaos in the market. All of the designers of one company strive hard to get out a design deadly enough to take out all the rivals. When talking of cool and fast cars one of the foremost competitors that come in the market is the TVR Tuscan. This has been one of the proud productions of the company, TVR. And we all know that it does know how to build a great sports car.The designers at TVR labs are quite awesome considering the fact that the Tuscan sprouts from their hands. The overall design has been kept quite aerodynamic and one can also see this in a wind tunnel test. The weight has been kept quite low and when one looks at the car it seems quite impossible to keep it as low as 1100 kg only. The exterior has been designed to look quite pretty too. The front head lights have been designed in a tri circle design. The hood also contains louvers for air intake. The rear side of the TVR Tuscan looks neat in simple words. And no extras have been stuffed in so the look is very pure too.

Being a sports car the TVR Tuscan features a lot of things in the performance phase of the car. It comes in five different engine trims and four of them being the variant of a 4.0 Liter engine. These provide the user with horsepower from 350 hp to 400 hp according to the trim. The TVR Tuscan is able to achieve 60 mph from rest in 3.68 seconds. When talking of a complete package this is the one to get fellas!

Concept cars are always very interesting to know about. This is because they are the future and they usually present technology as never seen before. Well one for the companies from which we rarely see some concept car is TVR. This is a good opportunity for the company because then it can always amaze us with new designs and that being a special occasion due to the rare nature for the release too. One of the best concepts presented by TVR was the Cerbera Speed 12.When talking of the TVR Cerbera Speed 12 one of the best words to describe it is Uber Cool. This is because the design has been made so tempting that one can not resist in staring at it. Even after being designed in 1997 the not so latest era this car still manages to prove a competition for nowadays cars too. The front lights being designed in a triangular platform look so cool and even have lead to many companies adapting this design too. The hood of the car features opening vents for air intake and along with that grills are also present to increase the air flow to the engine.

The TVR Cerbera was presented as a concept program to be the world’s most powerful car and along with that to be a car in the GT1 series. The vehicle was planned to feature a 7.7 Lite V12 engine. The engine had already been produced at TVR and the engine was reported to be powerful enough to produce around 100 units of pure horsepower. Now that is what a concept is all about. When we see the Cerbera Speed 12 a complete racing package are the words which usually come out. And it has proven itself to be a great concept though it never went into production

In this era being environment friendly gives a car a very large advantage. And not only has that it also gained a tag saying “Eco-Friendly” too. With the advancement in technology the environment friendly engine technology has also advanced too. And that has lead to a lot of cars being installed with such engines too. Recently one of the famous companies adapting this platform has been Koeninsegg. It is very astonishing that a company specializing in supercars using such engines. But it is true and that engine has been used in the CCX.The new name for the car is the Koeninsegg CCXR. The design has been kept that of the Koeninsegg CCX. Slight changes have been made in the car such as the crystal lights and the rear spoiler but the over all look comes out so good that one literally drools over it. Forbes magazine recently also acknowledged it as one of the top 10 most beautiful cars. And that is a very big complement actually. Carbon Fiber has been one of the primary building materials in the car and that has lead to a very low weight of the car.

The Koeninsegg CCXR is powered by a modified twin supercharged engine which roots from the original CCX. The engine being a V8 has been converted to use E85 or E100 ethanol fuel and not only that it can also run on pure octane too. When running on regular petrol the car is able to develop up to 806 units of brake horse power. But the interesting bit is that when the ethanol fuel is used the car produces up to 1018 units of brake horse power. The CCXR is able to reach 0 to 60 mph in just 3.1 seconds. When talking of environment friendly and fast cars nothing beats the Koeninsegg CCXR. And that’s for sure!

The very latest supercar is gumpert Apollo. Its looks more like a replacement for f16 fighter jet. With an awesome engine it goes 0 to 60 in just 3 seconds and that’s considered a much faster replacement from the previous one.the engine is capable of producing 200 mph speed. This car is special because it has all four wheels derive expertise.  It may be road legal ride and the best thing is only 25 car build so far from the industry. The ride is extreme racing machine. Apollo gumpert is like modern day supercar and sound like formula 1 car. When you hit the throttle the outstanding feeling is like the boost is on. the v8 engine produces massive noise and forces, only one step on the throttle kicks your head back to the seat man there is so much pressure .the  gear box is another racing pedigree and also looks and feels like a sporty gear , its easy to use during normal driving and racing . Passenger compartment is made up carbon which is the excellent feature that no other car had .Apollo got very special 4.2 liter v8 engine.

When you derive it sounds like a piece of anger right behind you, steering while driving is good and excellent. You don’t need to be worry about its handling and grip on the road. The best engineering in this car is that its engine started life as Audi v8 that has power of old RS6. Apollo is modified with massive twin turbo, and built for the people behind Audi Le Mans engines. Its 6 speed sequential box and brakes are made in accordance to aerodynamics of modern era; this car is clean on the open road and also on the racing tracks. The gumpert Apollo is an awesome achievement and an excellent genuine race car for the road

Super cars have now become the landmarks of an automotive company. The main reason for this is that these are the company’s pinnacle products. From the engine to the aerodynamics companies put in every thing they have got in them. The market of super cars is reserved for ultra high tech, state of the art vehicles so the companies playing with the market know no boundaries. Lastly is the grace which comes from the company’s designing artists and they can not come up with a more luxurious and aerodynamic body than that. Speed without looks is Ok to go with but the impact on the market would be greatly decreased. One of the companies in this battle is Buggati. In 2006 they presented us with the Buggati Veyron and now they have come up with a better variant.The looks alone are enough to knock you out. Instead of using paints to distinguish the body panels the Buggati Veyron Sang Bleu has been given its looks using carbon fiber and aluminum mostly. The basic color combination of the first Sang Bleu was revealed by Buggati as an upcoming concept in early 2009 to be blue on the carbon fiber and the outer panels made entirely of polished aluminum.

The rims have been inspired and take their roots from the Buggati Veyron Grand Sport Roadster. The rims have been done in a really great metallic black and diamond chrome on the outer rim. The interior has been done in Gaucho Leather which blends completely with the exterior giving an elegant and harmonious appearance.The performance by the Veyron Grand Sport has been used in the Veyron Sang Bleu and still is driven by the 16 cylinder mid engine. This engine designed to be two V8s joined together in a W configuration make up and produce an output of 1001 HP. With a top speed of over 400 km/h the Buggati Veyron can prove superiority to any super car of the world. Once again Buggati leaves us speech less and that again all the journalists and writers are out of words for this beast. I wonder what comes next!

Super cars do not usually leave with out making an impression. And that is what a company really looks for: In direct publicity. But when we take a look at the cars we really can resist to dream of getting one. And those with a big budget up their sleeves do not usually like to wait to call their accountants and booking one for themselves. Supercars are with no doubt the toys of the rich. One of the loves at first sight causing cars is known as the Pagani Zonda R Clubsport. No small talks this time!The Pagani Zonda R Clubsport has got quite some changes from the basic Pagani Zonda F. Amazingly now it only keeps with it 10 % of the Zonda F’s components. The chassis of the Club sport has been made entirely of carbon fiber as done in the previous Zondas and includes a roll cage along with a racing fuel cell. The body includes sensors measuring down force on the wheels allowing the driver to adjust them accordingly. The hood now includes flaps and also features an adjustable rear wing giving you the down force that you need! (Yeah incase you don’t have plans of flying away!)

The engine of the R Clubsport has been designed by AMG from Mercedes Benz. The output of the Zonda has changed to 739 bhp at engine speed of 8000 rpm. A carbon fiber performance intake system keeps the engine cool while the exhaust air is released through a Formula One style system. The performance of the Zonda R Clubsport is delivered through a 6-speed manual transmission system. All that provided gives the Pagani Zonda R Clubsport a price tag of over US Dollar 1.2 million. But we all know that the supercar is worth that. Don’t We?

All the new cars being released are so cool that one gets quite confused while choosing a favorite car. And that leads to monarchy. Well it is not quite like that but cool cars seriously take ones breath away. Well by now I have set my eyes on a lot of cars but this one literally made me blind. It has an ability of Love at First Sight. It is a car so rare that only 6 pieces have been made so far. This car is from the French automaker Citroen and is proudly known as Citroen GT.In the design phase there are no doubts that this has been by far made one of the best designed cars in the world. The front end is so bizarre that you can not figure out where to start from. The front air intake has been installed between sleek sheets of body also covering and making the shape of the lights in the process. The hood features a single strip of vinyl in grey making the look of the GT better. The headlamps have been fitted with blue LEDs which together light the road efficiently. The carbon rear view mirrors have been installed as if they are suspended in mid air giving it a cool touch too. The fast flowing lines of the structure express performance and continuity.

The engine of the Citroen GT is a 550 hp V8 designed by Citroen itself. Along with that it features four different motors being powered by a Fuel Cell installed in the GT. This configuration allows the Citroen GT to produce an astounding 789 brake horsepower. The weight of the GT getting dramatically reduced is near only 1400 kilograms. The Citroen GT leaves nothing when coming to being cool and deserves the title of:”Uber Cool”

Well the racing movie “Redline” gained a lot of hype. Now I personally would say that was not because of the plot or any thing else relating to the film. That was totally because of the cars used in the movie. And I would say that the producers were better off in buying the cars rather than making the movie. Not being so yappy about the movie, I would like to remind you that one of the main cars that made the spotlight for Redline was Saleen S7. Even apart from Hollywood it is such a big whiz in the world of cars.

As always from Saleen this flagship car has been made like hell good. And not forgetting that it is currently one of the best supercars on the planet. The body of the car is impressively made entirely out of carbon fiber. The scoops and spoilers have been added to increase the air flow and ultimately increasing the performance. The interior of the Saleen S7 has been made so greatly that one does not want to go out of the car once in. The interior has been made out of leather and aluminum accents. The interior has also been topped up with a LCD monitor along with a rear view camera.

The performance has been given such grace that one rev of the engine takes one’s breath away. The engine of Saleen S7 is a 7 Liter V8 engine fitted at a 90° angle. The naturally aspirated engine is capable of producing 550 horsepower at 6400 RPM. The Saleen S7 reaches 0 to 60 mph in 2.8 seconds before shooting up to its top speed of 240 mph. One word for this ultimate supercar from my side will be: “Awesome”!

The pride of being the fastest car in the world is much than that of a king. It officially gives a car the permission to kick every one’s but who challenges the car. And moreover the car is labeled as Queen of the Roads. The McLaren F1 has been also one of the cars to go under this title. By now three different cars have attained speeds higher than the McLaren F1 but still it stands as the fastest car in the world running on a naturally aspirated engine.

This has been the best feature of the McLaren F1 that by far it has used the best naturally aspired engine. The basic motto of the designer’s during creation was: “Low weight, high power.” The weight was kept low by the use of carbon fiber, titanium, and magnesium and even gold too. The McLaren F1 was basically a trend setter in the world of cars. You might be surprised that the culture of using a carbon fiber monocoque chassis was started by the McLaren F1. The McLaren F1 had indicators on its mirrors. This concept was also to be applied in the future by many automakers.

As the fastest car of the world McLaren did not disappoint any of the customers. The F1 delivers speed through a custom made 6.1 L V12 engine. The engine block was made entirely of aluminum too. At 5600 RPM the engine was able to produce 627 hp. The redline limit of the F1 on the rev meter was at 7500 RPM. This engine was able to produce enough power to enable the McLaren F1 to reach 0 to 60 mph in 3.2 seconds. No matter how old the McLaren F1 will get it will always get the respect and pride as always.

Style and sexiness always takes away the heart of a person when we talk about cars. It’s quite easy to create a car bearing these two specialties but there is one more thing a car wants. And that is the grace or what the car freaks call the racer’s edge. One of the cars containing all these features is the Koenigsegg CCX. Well it is quite amazing how the company has made a marvel for the car market.

The styling has been done pretty amazingly. It comes with a unique hood with sleek looking lines making the experience better than ever. The rear lights are also one hell of a feature to die for. These are made in the old school fashion giving it the grace. The doors are one of the hottest of the season. The doors are butterfly doors customized to rotate and fold in front. These have been specially designed so that they do not interfere the passenger’s path.  The body has been made with Carbon Fiber and Kevlar reducing weight incredibly. The rear has been added with a vortex generator providing air intake without a roof scoop which allows for a less surface area providing a more aerodynamic body for the CCX.

The CCX also promises to provide quality performance for the racer heart. Koenigsegg has put in a 4.7 L V8 engine. This has been able to 806 bhp at a surprising 6900 RPM. The engine made of 365-aluminum, is powered additionally by two centrifugal superchargers. The CCX has been claimed by the Koenigsegg to do till 259 mph .It does 0-62 mph in 3.2 seconds which shows that the CCX along with style also provides the racers edge in performance too. Well for the CCX I would say that with no doubt it’s a hell of a Roadster!
