TranStar Racing Dagger GT

Posted February 2nd, 2012 by nicu

The world is rich with the creative U.S. supercars such as the new TranStar Dagger GT Racing. “Dagger” is the word that describes the personality of the car, so it is clear that Americans have high ambitions with TranStart Racing.

No we haven’t heard of TranStar Racing, but forget about that, because now we have drawn attention to a unique supercar: Dagger GT. Just curious about where it will stay in the top of the hottest exotic cars.
In terms of price, Dagger GT cars are not among the exorbitant, with a basic amount of 360,000 euros. Neither too expensive nor too accessible, right?

From a technical standpoint, the car has a V8 engine under the rear hood GM origin in the style “big thing”: 9.4 liters and attention, 2028 HP! There is no mistake, the Americans announced a power worthy of Gargantua. In addition, the engine will be capable of a maximum torque of no less than 2710 Nm! Again, not a typing mistake.
Given these values, Americans are not afraid to declare all its extreme performance: 0-100 km/h in just 1.5 seconds and quarter mile in 6.7 seconds achieved. The maximum speed Dagger GT announces reaches to the value of 485 km/h – so, theoretically, it dethrones the record of Bugatti Veyron Super Sport.

So again, here are its amazing performances: 2018 hp and 2710 Nm, 0-100 km/h in 1.5 seconds and 485 km / h its top speed. Otherwise, Dagger GT uses ingredients such as carbon fiber body and Mendeola transmission transaxle type. Lamborghini-style opening doors, but the front brings to Ferrari 458 Italy, while points behind the first placed by the four central discharges (but not grouped as the Pagani Zonda) and huge side vents.

Jeep Compass 2.2 CRD 4WD

Jeep Compass received a welcome facelift. But is it enough to make this car a serious competitor in the SUV compact category in Europe?

Jeep “Compass” has other meanings, but we are interested in compass, because it is the tool that shows you where you are going. And frankly, the first Jeep Compass hardly knew where to take its time to come in Europe and gave the compact SUV’s first for Japanese and Europeans.
In fact, prior concepts were auspicious. But the model, even though the U.S. has been relatively well received, proved unsuccessful bet on the Old Continent – and consequently received a top position in the failure of the decade from 2000 to 2010 cars. Where you put the global crisis that came and found itself an ugly duckling Compass and disappointing quality for the famous Jeep off-road brand. Here, however, the Italian Fiat took over the reins and Compass has undergone a facelift that we consider it very successful.
Translated again from English-Romanian: “face-lift” means “face of cosmetics.” And that’s exactly what designers have done to the exterior: they changed the front, making it unrecognizable. Sorry, correct is: making it easily confused with its older brother the Jeep Grand Cherokee.
Mickey Mouse headlights round the left instead of the very sober rectangular headlights, the seven slot grille Willys Jeep is now more elegant and overall, I can say that the image of Jeep Compass is now very impressive compared to other competitors. Jeep Compass looks very seriously now, at least from the front.
